Bench Updo

I found this great stool/bench at the thrift store for $6! But it was in desperate need of reupholstering! It had yellow vinyl on it! 

Here's a quick shot of the before & after!

Here I am ripping the nasty vinyl off.

There was glue and tape and staples and nails. O My!

You never know what's lying beneath 70's vinyl. In this case, it was horse hair! Ewwww!

Once the old stuff was gone, the fun began! I got to use my new stapler gun! 

Here's one last "after" shot. I love how it turned out!
